Why accept bitcoin
Buyers from all over the world
Bitcoin can be bought in almost any country, and many people keep savings in it. You reach buyers a card payment can’t.
No clawbacks
A blockchain transfer can’t be disputed through a bank. Chargebacks and friendly fraud simply don’t happen here.
The rate is locked
The BTC amount holds for 30 minutes while the buyer opens their wallet. In your reports every payment is recorded in your currency at the rate when it was credited.
Double spends don’t get through
A payment is credited only once it’s confirmed in a block. If the sender tries to replace the transfer (RBF) or spend the same coins twice, the dashboard warns you in advance.

Questions about accepting Bitcoin
How do I accept bitcoin on my website?
Sign up for CoinsPay, create a shop and add a Bitcoin payout address. Then send buyers a payment link or connect the API. The whole thing takes about five minutes.
How fast does the money arrive?
The payment is credited after the first confirmation, 10 minutes on average. The buyer sees “Payment on its way” as soon as the transfer reaches the network.
Can buyers pay with Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC)?
Yes. WBTC is bitcoin on Ethereum, with every token backed one to one by real BTC. Buyers pay with it from MetaMask in one click, the payment is credited in under a minute, and the WBTC lands in your Ethereum wallet. We also accept BTCB on BNB Smart Chain and BTC on TRON.
What if the rate changes while the buyer pays?
The BTC amount is locked for 30 minutes. If the buyer runs out of time, the page offers to refresh it at the new rate. In your reports the payment is recorded in your currency at the rate when it was credited.
What is the bitcoin network fee?
The buyer pays the transfer fee, and it depends on how busy the network is, not on the amount. For the payout to your wallet, we take the network fee out at cost, with no markup.
How much does accepting bitcoin cost?
From 0.3% of each payout, and the more you sell, the lower the rate. For the first 10 days after your first payment, payouts up to $500 are fee-free, and there’s no monthly fee.
Can I set prices in dollars and receive BTC?
Yes. Set the price in dollars, euros or another currency, and the buyer sees the amount in BTC at the current rate.
Which wallets can the buyer use?
Any wallet or exchange that can send BTC. On a phone, the “Open in wallet” button fills in the address and amount by itself.
