Questions

How buyers pay, when the money arrives and how to get started.

For buyers

No account needed. Open the payment link, pick a coin and network, and send the exact amount to the address or by QR code. The coin amount holds for 30 minutes. Once the payment goes through, the page shows “Paid” and offers a receipt.

Sent too little? The page shows what is left, and you can top up. Amount expired? Refresh it at the current rate.

Money and payouts

A payment is credited after its network’s confirmations, and the payout goes straight to the addresses in your rules: up to five per network, with percentage shares. A payment below the minimum payout isn’t paid out automatically.

The CoinsPay fee starts from 0.3% of each payout and depends on your volume, and the network fee comes out of the payout at cost. Both can be passed on to the buyer.

Getting started

Sign up, add a shop and set your payout rules. Then issue invoices in the dashboard, or connect the API if you want payments right on your website.

Reports

The summary shows what arrived, how many payments there were and how many are still on their way, by day and by coin, in your currency. Each payment is fixed at the rate when it was credited.
